I am Rhonda Christensen, a Personal Trainer serving North Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Burbank, Hollywood, Glendale, and beyond.

Rhonda Christensen Personal Fitness meets each client’s individual needs with customized programs to achieve maximum results.

This one-on-one approach allows you to work on specific fitness goals, whether it’s cardio or circuit training, weight loss or gain, training for your first marathon, or tackling current health issues such as diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, etc.… all in a safe and comfortable environment. I can also assist you with your diet and nutritional needs.

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as an ACE Certified Small Group Fitness Instructor.

Services

Cardio and Endurance Training– Cardio training should be done 3-5 times a week. Otherwise, your training will likely not produce the results you are looking for. There are a wide variety of choices from which to choose, including walking, jogging, cycling, the elliptical, dance, jumping rope-the list is endless!

Circuit and Strength Training– Circuit Training conditions the body by using high-intensity aerobics. It focuses on strength building and muscular endurance. Strength Training improves muscular strength by gradually increasing the ability to resist force by using free weights, machines, or your own body weight.

TRX– TRX Suspension Training is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise-you simply add or decrease the resistance by adjusting your body position. Nutrition Counseling– If you are trying to lose, gain or simply maintain your weight, I can assist you on how to choose foods that are best for your health and fitness goals. With a combination of healthy eating and a well-designed fitness plan, you will have the tools to succeed and achieve your goals.

*Before starting any fitness regimen, please consult your physician to make sure you are healthy enough to begin. If you have any physical/or health-related issues, please let me know about those up front so we can create a plan to best deal with them.
